2 Indiana Men Accused of Murder-For-Hire That Left 4 Dead

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Two Indianapolis men have been charged in an alleged murder-for-hire scheme that authorities say led to the fatal shootings of four men.

John Means was charged last year with four murder counts in the two double-slayings. Marion County prosecutors said Friday Means now faces one count of conspiracy to commit murder alleging he conspired with Richard Grundy III in planning the murders.

Grundy faces four counts of murder and conspiracy to commit murder for allegedly paying Means to kill Tyrece Dorsey, William Davis, Carlos Jefferson and Julius Douglas in early 2014.

The Indianapolis Star reports informants told police Means bragged in jail about committing the killings.

Means and Grundy remained jailed Friday. Means' attorney didn't immediately return a call seeking comment. It wasn't clear if Grundy has an attorney.
