A prosecutors spokesman says all four are in custody and likely will make initial court appearances next week.

Prosecutors say 61other people arrested since January 2013 in connection with the drug ring face federal or state charges.

They say officers have seized more than 10 kilograms of heroin, 25 kilograms of cocaine, 42 pounds of methamphetamine and 25 guns since last year in addition to the cash.
