Michael Fabini Pleads Not Guilty

Michael Fabini, the man who was the subject of a 44 count indictment that was announced last week, has entered a plea of not guilty to the charges against him.  Those charges include drug trafficking and money laundering.  During the course of their investigation, agents reportedly tied Fabini to several stashes of marijuana along with cash and weapons.  According to our news partners at 21 Alive, Fabini’s family members have denied the allegations that have been made.  Fabini and an alleged co-conspirator, Marshall Butler, are both being held over for trial which should begin sometime next week.
