Downtown Building Conversion Proposal Approved

An Indiana agency has approved funding for the proposed conversion of a 108-year-old industrial building into shops and apartments in downtown Fort Wayne. The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority recently approved tax credits for the Randall Building. The renovation is expected to cost about $7.5 million.
