Officer Brown Commended After Friday Shooting

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Treven Brown is being called an exceptional police officer. More details are emerging about the shooting and scuffle between Brown and 33-year-old Daniel Spells.  Spells is accused of attempting to fire shots at the patrolman as he was questioning him in connection with a domestic disturbance.  Fort Wayne Police Chief Rusty York commended Brown for his quick, tactically action without even drawing his own weapon.
