INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Indiana Pacers forward David West is expected to play in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals against the Miami Heat. Team doctors held West out of practice yesterday with an injured leg. Center Roy Hibbert had his right thumb taped after getting hit in practice.
