FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): One man is dead following a drowning yesterday. Authorities say 18-year-old Sah Yah Alan was pulled from the water near River Terrace Apartments on Griswold. Rescue divers were dispatched around 6  p.m, and it took about four to locate the body.  Medics attempted to revive the man at the scene; those efforts were unsuccessful. He was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
