FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Indiana Department of Transporation will have a ribbon cutting ceremony today for the new INDOT-Fort Wayne District Administration building. State leaders will gather for the event, which kicks off at 9 this morning, on Hatfield Road.
