KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A skateboarder is currently in critical condition after being hit by 62-year-old Boyd Zickafoose, who was driving a van.

Warsaw City Police were called to the intersection of Center and Detroit Streets around 10:00 a.m. this morning. Once there, they learned that the skateboarder, 15-year-old Austin Valentine, was struck by Boyd who was driving eastbound after receiving an automated left turn traffic signal to proceed northbound onto Detroit Street. 

The identity of the skateboarder/pedestrian is unknown and as of right now, the crash is still under investigation.
