WELLS COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Just before 10 Tuesday night, crews in Wells County responded to a house fire about 2 miles northwest of Bluffton. They arrived to find the home fully engulfed in flames, and it took them nearly four hours to clear the scene. They say no one was home at the time the fire started, and the cause is still under investigation.
