Authorities Warn of E-Mail Virus

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): There's an email virus working its way around.

Authorities in Kosciusko County are warning emails are circulating appearing to involve court notifications. The message states the recipient is to appear in court for a hearing at set time.  When they open the email, a potential virus is attached to their email. You are reminded that court notices do not use email for notices.

They only come through the U.S. mail or a personal delivery by a sheriff's deputy. The best thing you can do, if you think you've been targeted — just delete it.
