FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  It's day five of the Three Rivers Festival and if you are thinking you might skip the celebration today. Here's some incentive to lure you down to Headwaters Park.

It's $2 dollar Tuesday –  that includes a number of $2 specials at junk food alley, $2 beer in the festival plaza and $2 admission to the concert by Brother.

And if that's not enough, during lunch time, you can even get a free ride with the Downtown Trolley. It makes eight stops around
downtown.  The lunch-time trolley will continue through Friday afternoon.
