FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A man is facing charges after flashing another student and touching her inappropriately on the campus of IPFW last month.
22-year-old TyQuane Stewart reportedly exposed his genitals to a young woman and touched her stomach in early September.
It happened near the science building on the IPFW campus. The student told police, Stewart grabbed her backpack and touched her stomach before she could get away.
The girl finally ran away and looked back to see the man exposing his genitals.
According to the Journal Gazette, Stewart was charged Wednesday with two misdemeanor counts of public indecency.
