WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): Today is day one of a three day trial deciding the fate of a Warsaw man preliminarily charged with the sexual misconduct of two teenagers. On Thursday, January 3, 2013, 33-year-old Franklin “Frankie” Engle was arrested for alleged sexual misconduct with a 14-year-old and 15-year-old.

According to the Kosciusko County Prosecutor's Office, today's trial will mainly consist of the jury selection and instructions. We'll make sure to keep you updated on this case and the fate of Engle.
