BRYAN, Ohio (WOWO): Officials in Williams County received information on a wanted subject at an apartment on W. High Street Tuesday. When officers arrived at the residence, they found 56-year-old Julie Green, 27-year-old Duane Hoover, 26-year-old Joseph Grubb, all of which had warrants out for drug making. The trio were then taken into custody.
