FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): State police tell WOWO News that Southbound I-69 at Lower Huntington Road is open to all traffic after being shut down for several hours due to two separate crashes in the area, including one major rollover accident involving a well-digging truck. Crews on the scene were also working to remove hydraulic fluid that was spilled on the roadway in the area.
