Michigan Man Extradited To Kosciusko County Jail For 2011 Case

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): A Michigan man has been extradited from Florida to Kosciusko County for his pending case from 2011. 

57 year old Barry Coy of Michigan was arrested Saturday morning on one count of exploitation of an endangered adult and one count of theft. 

On Dec. 31, 2011, Coy withdrew $52,713.74 from his grandmother's bank account at Crossroads Bank in Syracuse, and deposited the money into his personal bank account. Coy was ordered to return the money to the original account, however he has failed to comply with the court order. 

He's being held at the Kosciusko County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
