INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – The Indiana Pacers have exercised an option that will keep swingman Paul George with the team through the 2013-14 season. George is expected to have a bigger role this season as the Pacers hope to contend for an NBA title. Indiana opens the regular season next Wednesday at Toronto.
