INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano has been medically cleared to return to the team by his physician. Dr. Larry Cripe tells The Associated Press it’s now up to Pagano and the Colts to figure out when he’ll be back. Pagano was diagnosed with leukemia in late September.
