The Fort Wayne Komets kept their ECHL playoff hopes alive with a 6-3 win over the Evansville Icemen at the Coliseum last night. With the victory, the K’s are 8 points behind the Toledo Walleye with 9 games remaining in the regular season. After a game in Kalamamazoo on Friday, the Komets host Greenville Saturday at 7:30 while the Icemen return on Sunday for a 5:00 faceoff.
