Hoosiers Have High Salaries

The Census Bureau has come out with new data that shows if you live in the state of Indiana, you’re doing better than most other states when it comes to your annual salary. The median income for us is 46,344 dollars, which is an improvement from 2010 figures but lower than the national average of just over 50 grand. If you’re in the Buckeye State, however, your pay hasn’t been this low in over 25 years. Currently, your median income is 46,093; a significant drop from the 54 thousand or more it was back in 2000.
