Court Ejects Denial of Bail in Murder Cases

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The Indiana Supreme Court says prosecutors must show why defendants in murder cases should be denied bail. It ruled yesterday that the Indiana law that puts the burden of proof on the suspect has “no valid justification.”
