SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP): A University of Notre Dame official is seeking the Democratic nomination in northern Indiana's 2nd District U.S. House race. The South Bend Tribune reported Sunday that 56-year-old Joe Bock is expected to announce his candidacy today.
