Ind. House Panel Considers Preschool Voucher Plan

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The Indiana House Education Committee is looking at a plan that would expand school vouchers for preschool-aged children. The measure to be reviewed by the panel Thursday would establish a pilot program to send low-income children to preschools in five test counties. Indiana approved a sweeping school voucher program in 2011 and built on it last year.
