INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): The Indiana Supreme Court has issued an order to increase the annual registration fees for attorneys in Indiana. The fees are now $180 for active attorneys and $90 for inactive attorneys, up $35 and $17.50. The last increase happened in 2011. Registration opens August 1st. Attorneys can use the Clerk of Court's Portal, http://appealsclerk.IN.gov, to pay fees, and to review Roll of Attorney information, complete Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts certification, and designate an attorney surrogate.
