INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Senator Karen Tallian is joining policymakers from other states for a weeklong “intellectual boot camp'' in Lexington, Kentucky. Tallian is one of 48 state leaders from throughout the country picked as a Henry Toll fellow for 2014. A nine-member committee of state leaders reviewed a record number of applications to select the class.
