Ex-Indiana Elections Chief Starts Politics Website

INDIANAPOLIS (AP):Former Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White has been stripped of office and he doesn't have a job, so he's turning to the Internet.

White has started a political site called The Indy Sentinel, in which says he'll write about politicians who he believes are fair and those who aren't.

White tells The Indianapolis Star (http://indy.st/VQcMms ) the site will expose politicians of both parties who “serve the elites.''

The Republican was removed as secretary of state and lost his law license in 2012 after being convicted of voter fraud and other charges. The case stemmed from his use of his ex-wife's home as his voting address and living elsewhere in 2010 while serving on the Fishers Town Council and running for secretary of state.

He is appealing those convictions.
