FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The people who sued a Fort Wayne Community Schools teacher over alleged religious rights violations are now moving to dismiss the case.

Second Grade teacher Michelle Meyer was accused in a federal lawsuit filing in June of confronting and punishing a student who told another child that he didn't believe in God. The boy's parents say Meyer isolated him from other students during lunch… now they, and Meyer, are both moving to dismiss the lawsuit, according to the Journal Gazette. 

Meyer has denied their claims, and school officials say their own investigation found that she did nothing wrong.
