ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): An Orland man was arrested after police say he failed to register as a sex or violent offender.

At about 2 p.m. Wednesday, police located Andrew Mitchell Ribbey in the 400 block of North Wayne Street in Angola. Police took him into custody, according to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.

The Steuben County Superior Court issued a warrant earlier in the day charging Ribbey with one count of failure to register as a sex or violent offender, which is a Level 6 felony.

Ribbey was booked into the Steuben County Jail and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
