FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) — Kenneth Ray Hogan Jr., 66, was formally accused of murder and aggravated battery on Monday.

Fort Wayne Police say they responded to a report of gunshots around 9:20 p.m.

Police found a victim lying on the front porch and a second victim in the driver’s seat of a car who had a gunshot wound in their torso.

The second victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
