Area schools ranked high in statewide study

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): The Indiana Academy for Math, Science and Humanities on the campus of Ball State University in Muncie is the third best high school in the country.

It’s also the number one high school in Indiana, says a new study from Niche.com. The website, which says it helps parents determine which schools are best for their kids, studies 18,000 schools across the country.

They ranked Carmel High School as number two in the state. Locally, Southwest Allen County Schools ranked 5th, Northwest Allen County Schools ranked 7th, and Adams Central Community Schools is at 35th, but Fort Wayne Community Schools didn’t make the “top 100” list.
