Arrest in Connection with Attempted Post Office Robbery

Authorities have arrested a Fort Wayne man in connection with last month’s attempted armed robbery at a Summit City post office.  34-year-old Julius W. Lawson was arrested and now faces felony robbery charges.   Police say Lawson attempted to rob the U.S. post office at Diplomat Plaza back on December 19th.  A second suspect is still at large.  Anyone who knows the where that suspect is hiding, is asked to call Fort Wayne Police.
