Bennett Accepts $5,000 Fine in Ethics Settlement

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Former Indiana Schools Superintendent Tony Bennett has admitted using state resources for political purposes. He has agreed to pay a $5,000 ethics fine. Bennett says his state and campaign staffs coordinated daily scheduling at his Statehouse office and used state equipment.
