A man who was once a top leader with the Boy Scouts in southwestern Indiana, is now facing federal child pornography charges. According to the Journal Gazette, Ryan Bieler was arrested earlier this month and releived of his position with the Boy Scouts’ Buffalo Trace Council in Evansville, once word of the allegations got out. Bieler allegedly bought DVDs and downloaded videos from the internet of boys and girls engaging in various sexual activities.
