INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (NETWORK INDIANA): A change is coming after this year’s Brickyard 400 on Sunday, July 23rd. The race is moving to early September in 2018.

If you’re a NASCAR fan, you may already have plans to be at this year’s Brickyard 400 on July 23rd — but NEXT year — the race is moving to Sept. 9.

The Brickyard had always been scheduled for July or August – since it first started back in 1994.
