Former major league All-Star, pitcher Burt Hooton will replace Willie Blair as the Tincaps pitching coach for the 2013 season, the club announced on Monday. Hooton pitched for the Cubs, Dodgers and Rangers during his 15 year career. He was most recently the pitching coach at Triple-A Oklahoma City.
