Changes Incoming for Allen County Voters

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Voting in Allen County will be different this year.

That's because the election office is going with an electronic check-in setup for the November 3rd election, where instead of signing your name in a book, you'll scan a photo ID and get a receipt that will let you vote at another machine.

Director of Elections Beth Dlug tells our partners in news at 21Alive the new setup should minimize Election Day delays, but comes at a $466,000 cost.
