STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Leaders with the Steuben County highway patrol have had many encounters with drivers on the roadways that should not be out. It is creating a very dangerous situation for everyone. Therefore, starting at 3:00 p.m. Monday afternoon, law enforcement will be citing non exempt non emergency motorists during the snow emergency warning. Please stay off the roads unless you are exempt per the ordinance or it is an emergency.
