INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ The Indianapolis Colts erased a 13-point second-half deficit yesterday en route to a 27-23 victory over the Tennessee Titans. Colts running back Delone Carter caught a TD pass and Cassius Vaughn returned an interception for a score in the third quarter. Quarterback Andrew Luck has now engineered six fourth-quarter comebacks this season for the 9-4 Colts.
