I heard an interview with Senator Banks this morning on the radio. In the interview, he mispronounced the word strategy and said stragedy like tragedy with an “s”. Perhaps he meant that, but I would like to think that it was just a one-time miss. I would also hope he is not one of those persons who says Nucular for Nuclear.
I believe Mr. Banks is better than this.
