Early voting for May 3rd Indiana primary begins Tuesday

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): You can vote early for the May 3rd primary starting Tuesday.

Early voting will be available in the lobby of the Rousseau Centre on East Main Street in downtown Fort Wayne.

The Allen County Election Board office is open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays through Monday, May 2nd.

Saturday, April 23rd and Saturday, April 30th will also be made available to voters between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Starting Tuesday, April 26th, you can vote early at the Aboite, Dupont, Georgetown, and Hessen Cassel branches of the Allen County Public Library. The Rousseau Centre will also stay open for early voting at the same times as the satellite locations. Here is the schedule for early voting at the Allen County Public Library locations:

Tuesday 4/26 and Thursday 4/28 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Wednesday 4/27 and Friday 4/29 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday 4/30 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Election Board office is also processing applications for absentee mailed ballots. The deadline to receive applications for mailed absentee ballots is 11:59 PM on Monday, April 25th.
