Farmers Roundtable 2014

The Farmer’s Roundtable is set for Thursday March 6th starting at 10am at Poet Bio-Refining in North Manchester.  The focus of the Roundtable will be on the impact of the new Farm Bill on Indiana farming operations with an emphasis on changes to crop insurance and the legal issues that may affect land lease agreements, taxes and succession planning. 

 Noted Indiana Ag Attorney – Dan Gordon will cover changes that may affect legal issues.

Silveus Insurance will talk about the changes to crop insurance programs

Each presentation will last about 40 minutes with 20 minutes for Q & A. 

Lunch will be served directly following the event.  Tours of the plant will be available.

Tickets are only $5 which will be donated to the local FFA.
