Fire Forces Evacuation at Mullinix Industries

About a hundred employees evacuated on Sunday after a fire broke out at Mullinix Industries.  When firefighters got there, they found the fire burning in some high voltage electrical equipment that had spread to some material that was being stored nearby.  The fire department had to wait for AEP to get there and shut off the power to the building.  The fire was put out in about an hour. There was moderate fire damage to the building, but no injuries were reported.
