LOS ANGELES (AP): She went from Broadway star to become one of America’s most beloved television moms.

Florence Henderson, who played Carol Brady on “The Brady Bunch,” has died at age 82.

Henderson’s manager says she suffered heart failure. Her publicist says Henderson died last night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
