Food Company to Open Plant in Huntington

HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WOWO): A  foods company is opening up shop in the area.

Echo Lakes Foods says they'll invest more than $19 million dollars into a processing plant. Company officials say they'll renovate a facility east of downtown Huntington.

The company says it could bring as many as 100 new jobs.
