Fort Wayne Community Schools Offers Driver Education Courses

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne Community Schools will begin offering driver's education to students at least 15 years old.

The Journal Gazette reports the two-month driver's-ed course will meet at the Anthis Career Center from 4:15-6:15 p.m. starting on February 17th.

Attendees do not need to be students of FWCS, but must have good academic standing.

Indiana requires 30 hours of classroom instruction and classes cost $85. Driving instruction costs an additional $310 and students need to pay a deposit of $197.50 to register.
