FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): We could see some record-breaking cold temperatures today, according to ABC 21 Meteorologist Nick Marusiak:
“The record was 20 degrees, set in 2002, so roughly in the grand scheme of things it’s a ‘newish’ record,” he tells WOWO News. “I do think it will be broken today as we’ll see a high of 18 degrees.”
Wind chills are the biggest concern today and tomorrow, with temperatures in the single digits overnight that will feel closer to anywhere from zero to 15 below zero.
Tomorrow the winds will be even stronger, which will lead to colder wind chills.
