Fort Wayne Drowning Ruled an Accident

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The drowning death of 31-year-old Adam Palm of Fort Wayne has been ruled an accident, that according to the Allen County Coroner.


An autopsy was performed by the Coroner Tuesday afternoon and the cause of death was determined to be asphyxia due to drowning.


Palm was pronounced dead around 3:00 p.m., Monday afternoon at Lutheran Hospital. He was rescued from Kekionga Lake after being submerged while attempting to retrieve a beach ball that had gone into the water.
