FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Wednesday afternoon, Michael Joyner, the Public Information Officer for the Fort Wayne Police Department, released the four charges associated with the 2014 Three Rivers Festival:

 

1 – Possession of Spice Misdemeanor ( Gang/Violent Crimes Unit )

1 – Animal at the Festival Citation ( Animal Control Officers)

1 – No Rabies Vaccination Citation (Animal Control Officers)

1 – Public Nuisance Citation (Animal Control Officers)

According to Jack Hammer, with the Three Rivers Festival, the event had great support from the Fort Wayne Police Department.
