INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Visitors to Fort Harrison State Park in Indianapolis will be able to participate in activities with no charge during a special event next month. All equipment will be provided at the annual Hoosier Outdoor Experience. More than 25,000 people attended last year's event at the heavily wooded, 1,700-acre former Army base.
